Cancellation and Refund Policy
IRIDA INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED is a company engaged in the business of providing an subscription based online platform for brands and influencers to connect and collaborate with each other, under the brand and style name of “Clanconnect” having its registered office at 93, 3rd Floor, Okhla Phase III, Industrial Estate, New Delhi, South Delhi, 110020, India (“hereinafter referred to as “Clanconnect”, “we”, “our”, “us” and “Company”).
By registering and creating an account with us, you are entitled to avail or render the Services through the use of the Platform and subsequently upon opting for a subscription plan, you will be entitled to enjoy premium access on the Platform during the term of subscription associated with your account. You may cancel the subscription linked to your account in full, by logging in to your account on the Platform, subject to your acknowledgement and agreement that:
- In the event that you cancel the subscription linked to your account, the premium access associated with it will be ceased permanently by virtue of which if you wish to use the Platform in future, you will be required to opt for a fresh subscription in order to enjoy the premium access to the Platform; and
- In the event you cancel the subscription associated with your account or the Automatic Payment is declined for any reason including without limitation, expiry of your credit/debit card, the subscription will not be auto renewed and shall automatically stand cancelled. In such scenario, you will be required to make separate payments, in accordance with the terms of our Pricing Policy, for a new term of subscription in order to continue using the benefits associated with such subscription. The new subscription opted by you shall begin from the date on which the payment for such subscription has been successfully remitted from your selected payment source.
The request for cancellation of your subscription must be made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the date of Auto-Renewal through the option provided under the Profile Settings or by contacting our customer care team at email@example.com. Such cancellation shall become effective immediately upon receipt of your email provided the request has been made within the time stipulated hereinabove.Conditions for Refund
The Company does not assure a refund for cancellation of subscription. However, the refunds may be granted, on case-to-case basis and at Company’s sole discretion, in the event there has been a case of an Auto Renewal, upon receiving a written refund request from the User stating sufficient reasoning for the Company to consider such request. In order to be eligible for such refund, a request must be made within 7 (seven) days after the date of such Auto-Renewal, by contacting our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. The User, within 3 (three) business days, will receive a response email as to whether the refund request has been accepted or rejected (without assigning any reasons) by the Company.
In the event a refund has been approved by the Company, it may take up to 10 (ten) business days for the Company to initiate the refund to the original payment source of the User through which the payment at the time of subscription was made. For avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the Company does not offer any sort of refunds to the Users during the term of the subscription linked to the User’s account.
The Company may amend this Policy at its sole discretion from time to time. By continuing to use the Platform, the User consents to the amended terms of this Policy.
